scanning MF on an Epson v700 or v750

I am considering buying an Epson v700 or v750 since I am getting into MF (6x6). I have been cutting my negatives in strips of 4 images. I just noticed that the Epson holders can manage only 2 strips of 3 images (6x6). Will this be a problem for me? In other words, can I load the holder with one frame extending past the end (and reverse to scan that last image)?

If they are th same holder or similar to my 4870 MF, The carrier is designed to allow excess film to protrude. There are depressions at the ends where the top frame ends that allow it.

Try Photo-net digital darkroom. Some use the V700.
