I don't see it in either of those. When you get a chance if you have a black and white with a lot of even sky see what that does.
Did you just lay the negative on the glass?
I'm just curious if these things are precise enough in focus or use depth of field to ensure focus. My negative holder places the negative a little distance away from the glass.

Jeff,
I just cleaned the glass with windex, waited, then placed the negative on the glass, and closed the lid. Thanks.

Here, I placed a piece of glass on top of the negative. The colors are weird,and the image is unclear.
