Hello all -
Hoping to tap into the wealth of experience here...
I have 2 Bantam Specials, and need to have rangefinder/windows and shutter/lens CLA'd. I was thinking Essex. Any other suggestions, especially if you've had one of these serviced? The last thing I want is a screwdriver slipping out of a screw thread and diving into the enamel. So...anyone know anyone who's familiar with working on these beautiful cameras?
thanks for any help!

In case others are searching; I ended up sending my Kodak Bantam Special cameras to Essex...who did a beautiful, affordable job in making these work just as they should. It's not the Ektar of the Medalist...but it's still quite nice.
not a great pic, but example of crit focus and lens clarity on a unit that was sent to Essex: 10' off focus well before infinity, a silver-less mirror at the wrong angle, and a finder as clear as my grammar school fish tank....
