Occasionally my soft photos are deliberate. This is one such. Here a woman is sitting with her back to a translucent window wall as she awaits the arrival of her tutor for a class she was attending at a small organization which taught Chinese calligraphy and Chinese music lessons. I liked the abstract like effect.

This evening, there was a quiz show in the German television. One of the questions was: What "sfumato" is.
That fits here. Leonardo da Vinci developed a method to give a certain blurredness to his paintings.
