Not fully extended (deliberate) 50mm Elmar M collapsible:

Made with a 50mm collapsible Summicron, that I got for free that had a front element that looked to have been cleaned with sandpaper.
I later sent it to Focal Point and they did a wonderful polish and recoat on it.
