Shoebox Film Dev Kit

The stuff that I actually use fits into a lidless 4 liter ice cream container: Rodinal, stainless steel 2 reel tank, Illford fixer and a bottle of flowtrol. Thermometer, 2 measuring jugs and a syringe. I reuse the working fixer solution and keep that under the kitchen sink in a liter bottle. I also keep a notebook and pencil. I don't bother with stop (although I have it). Depeding on your shoe size this would all fit into a shoe box with room to spare. I hang out on a coat hanger with clothes pegs. Afterwards I scan.

I have a heap of other stuff and plenty of space but this is what I actually use.

OOPS: Didn't read the OP's question. You'll need a larger tank which will stick further out of your shoebox if you want to develop 120. I'd probably go for a different developer than Rodinal for Illford film based on what I've heard with the combo not working. But I've never used that combo so I couldn't say. I reasonably easily fit a 5 reel plastic tank into a small changing bag. I do the reels in stages and that seems to work. Good luck and sorry I didn't read your post more closely.
