Shooting in DC: Restrictions Article

We took a trip to D.C. last year where I dabbled in the taking of photos around the city and monuments, if I followed the rules laid out in this article I probably would not have been able to do so. I wonder who monitors and enforces this. We hung out to watch "Transformers" being filmed for hours, took a bunch of pics on several days. It will be interesting to see what this does for the tourist trade there.

Mostly directed at the working Professional...not your street shooter...or tourist...
