Another Triumph, pat on the back to who can name it.

I spent two years as a Peace Corps volunteer in Chad, Africa, and Land Cruisers were among the most indestructible vehicles around despite brutal desert conditions. Lots of vintage models still taking a beating on terrible "roads" after many years of hard driving.
My FJ60, Bonneville Salt Flats for Speed Week earlier this month.... But, yes, they're slow🙂
Not quite in the same category as those rockets-on-wheels they use out there eh? 😉
Saw this just after it was posted and thought it was the V8 wotsit. Spent a couple of sleepless nights until remembering Dolomite and then thought that's another old name recycled and spent more sleepless nights trying to remember Vitesse was also recyled from the 30's (a variant of the Gloria). Please don't do it again I need my beauty sleep...

I'm sorry, so sorry, so so sorry, so so so sorry etc.

Thanks, it hit me hard because I was the editor of one of the Triumph club's magazine. It was a long time ago and these days the brain fade is creeping up on me.

I know it well too. Only two days ago I confused a W108 Benz with a W114. These things hurt!
Bad news Dourbalister - that's a W111.
