i am very tempted.
i would like to try the 6 and i would find another chrome 35/2.8 lens for it.

if this was a bit less money i might have bit the bullet already but it is enough to keep me away for now. (not trying to negotiate)

i have been trying to save money for the zm 50/1.5...

Here are my recently CLA'ed GIII QL 17 and my recently acquired IVSB.

The GIII came with the factory slotted shade, but it is made from such a brittle grade of plastic that I hold my breath every time I pull it out.

The IVSB is as beautifully made as everyone said it is. But the finder is so squinty that it makes my Argus C3's viewfinder look like something from an M3 by comparison. Not that it matters, since I always use external finders these days anyway.

Thanks , i only purchased mint items and they're hardly used; they mainly sit in my classic collection cabinet ... a shame really for such nice looking gear for i do mainly digital these days ...once in a while i give them a workout and shoot a roll here and there and scan the film onto TIFF and play in PS ...I wish the new digital cams were that beautiful 😉 ...cheers 😎

I hadn't yet noticed any VI-Ts in this thread (apologies if I simply overlooked yours!) so here's mine in two of its guises:

The gizmo attached to the front of the 50/1.2 lens is a parallax-compensated "Auto-Up" close-up attachment; if you're not familiar with these, you can read a little writeup I did on them by clicking here.

All you can see of it in the second picture is the end of its wrist strap, but my VI-T is equipped with the original Canon baseplate grip, which makes using the trigger winder much handier. Since there's no frameline for the 85/1.5 lens, I'm showing it with a Canon 85-135 zoom finder which I just got today. This finder has the little pin needed to work with the VI-T's auto parallax correction pin in the accessory shoe. This finder, by the way, doesn't have a very long zoom range, but it's by far the brightest, clearest zoom viewfinder I've ever used.

Well I am sure some of you collector types will probally kill me, but the white text on the front of the lens been painted over with black matte enamel paint (it got a scratch on the paint, so in attempt to conceal the scratch, I took a dab, and was like aww screw it.) So now it looks exactly the same and great condition still (glass was never damaged, nor the metal), but you just see a black ring around the lens as opposed to the branding, serial number and focal length). I don't plan to ever resell the lens, and lens are intended to take pictures, not be looked at all the time 😀.
