I think he is referring to the name "Spalding" appearing to read backwards or as a mirror image, indicating that the negative was scanned or printed from the wrong side.

Wow! I have a Duaflex IV in truly mint condition I never used. The photo seems taken with an orange filter, but obviously it's not so, because Kodak Duaflex cannot mount filters. Any explanation? Nice Froyd , I have Rolleinar 1 & 2 and am always amazed at the results they can create when you consider they just clip on the front of the lens.
