It's the story of a troubled soul under arrest in front of Penn Station, 33rd Street & 8th Avenue, New York City. The police did their best to calm him down.

Here in Scranton, we have monuments to both General Kosciuszko and General Pulaski, on Courthouse Sq..

I'll have to throw some B&W into my Voigtlander "Superb" and go shoot them... in a nice way, I mean...
