Pretty much everybody agrees that Koni produces top-notch quality and it was a very popular camera for 20 years or so, yet there are very few samples on the web.

I worked all night on one of these beasts (and right now my rangefinder needs alignment). Hope to have time to give it a try next week...

C'mon let see them.

I owned my Rapid Omega 100 briefly in the early 70s. I have only scanned a few negatives. Look back at your post about Koni-Omega performance for a couple examples of my work with that camera. I sold mine to buy a Pentax 6x7. I sold the Pentax way back when also. I bought another Pentax 6x7 recently. There are still times when I miss the Rapid Omega 100.

Good luck!

OK, these aren't going to make anyone run out and buy a Rapid Omega. Here you go.........

And a crop from the lower right corner of the photo above.

PS: The silver gelatin prints I have of these photos are a lot better than than what I can show on the web.

One more PS: For the record. 90mm lens, Tri-X Professional, D-76 1:1.

Finally got to process a roll from the Koni. I did some work on the camera and I'm glad to see no light leaks or overlapped frames. My poor Canon 8800F flatbed does not do it justice. Astia 100F, expired and subjected to less than optimal temperature for months.

IK13, we have the same camera, scanner, and used the same film! Here's a crop...about 45percent, anything more starts showing nasty scanner noise from sharpening
