A seldom seen Minolta but one I have always had an interest in. A shame that it did do as well competing with the Nikon F2 and the Canon F-1 for the Pro-photog dollars. Still a remarkable camera from the end of the hand assembled camera era. Thanks for sharing it with us.

Just got this Pentax MX and 40mm pancake. The 40mm is supposed to be just so-so, but man-oh-man the negatives I just developed were perfect. I have been shooting RF for a long time, not shot a SLR in 20 years, totally amazed.

These are both very nice. I was thinking about trying something even smaller than my Nikon FE.I was considering the OM1 but now I see that the Pentax also looks great. I did not know that the Pentax was also so small.

It really gives the info I was looking for. I prefer the needle meter display, like the Nikon FE, but I also like to see the speed and aperture info.
It is a hard choice. I guess it would be nice to try to handle both in order to decide.
