I don't need another camera but I couldn't pass on this for $100. Contax RTS III with Zeiss 50f1.7. Also included was a Contax flash, 28mm and 80-200 Tamron lenses.

I finally got one of these cute little Iron Curtain cameras. It's incredibly well made and robust when you have one in your hands. Yes they are a bit odd, but perfectly usable what with the limited speeds. And I find them so attractive with the beautiful engravings and metal parts. I know I'm not the only one.

I think it looks even better with an Exa 1a finder. And it is easier to user and quite brighter too.

Very nice!
I see a few of us are giving attention to the East Germans on the last page or two.

Never seen a camera drenched in watch. :D

Ahahaha! true!

Shouldn't that watch be on a Nikon (giugiaro designed) product?

IMO the T80 as an example of industrial design of the 80s is more a match for the Seiko Ripley, that's the reason why I took this quick and dirty phone shot.

They both sports the same "Robotech" style, IMO. And the T80 is not the bad camera all talk about. It's actually usable, and I'll prove it in the other thread.

Howwwww???

That's one SLR I have long wanted to try but it's always too costly for me to justify as a "fun" camera whenever I get the urge to look for one.

Ha, I totally get it, I just happen to be a huge Nikons with a red stripe fan
