Sigma dp merrill base iso is 200

In the last couple of weeks I have come across blogs and forum thread entires that point to the Merrill series sensor has a base iso of 200. I have been presuming that it was 100... I found this at getdpi where someone posted a reply from sigma

Thanks for those links, esp. the second which I hadn't seen. I stopped following this debate a while ago. For myself, the main question is, what kind of look do I prefer?

Sometimes I even shoot at slightly higher ISO on the Sigma because I find the noise pleasing, especially in black and white.

BTW, the second link argues base ISO is 100, not 200.
 
Opps your right. I read that one three weeks ago.. By the time I posted this did not re-read it again. Somehow I was thinking he was also saying 200.. My bad.

I find it curious that auto ISO always uses ISO 200 at its low end. Makes me think base is ISO 200.
