It's really not that important and I'm sure Stephen has better things to do than answer such silly questions. At least here everyone can decide for themselves whether or not they want to take the time to reply.

Mine twists easily, but it doesn't come off and it doesn't seem to matter at all.

Neither does mine. I guess it's normal, then. I just wasn't sure wheter it was supposed to turn or whether it was coming off.
