When I recently fired up my pre G series Electro 35, I noticed that if the slow light comes on it appears to go to the "B" mode. If I use the shutter delay mechanism, when the slow light is on, the shutter appears to fire but probably at the 1/30 speed for flash. It doesn't seem to vary. If neither light or the red light is on, things seem to work fine. I did a test roll today and everything above slow seems to work fine.
Any one have any ideas? Thanks in advance for your help.

I think I know what it is - POD - right?

I belive, after looking at other references, that this is a classic POD issue, although I would like to hear someone elses opinion before I attempt the repair. There is no "Thunk" but I'm not sure if I'm supposed to hear that before or after the fix. Right now it sounds very smooth. I went back and looked at the negatives from the test roll and they were very thin so I'm assuming I'm using only 1/500.

the thunk is supposed to happen after the fix. besides the pod, a lose screw in the shutter mech can also make your cam go to bulb. I had it fixed by the store I bought it from. mine wasn't the pod but it's was a lose screw on the shutter shaft he told me.. something like that.
