Sneaky (cat!)

Left the house a little bit ago to pick up a pizza, and Sneaky was sitting on the doorstep next to a mangled mouse that was still twitching.

This is the eleventh mouse he's killed this year.

He came in and ate a big plate of turkey. He is willing to kill mice, but he's not going to eat them like some common alley cat.
 
once i read somewhere, that mice don't taste nice, even to cats.
most cats i met, prefer beef by far. fish and chicken are not that high on the list - but that's up to individual preference, of course

Sneaky seems to like chicken and turkey the best, followed by beef, then fish last.

My parents had a big orange Maine Coon named Simba who HATED beef. He refused to touch it. If you put beef in his bowl, or even beef-flavored cat food, he would loudly reject it, then stand over the bowl making burying motions with his front paws. symbolically putting the :poop: in the litterbox. If you put beef if the dog's food bowl, he would eat it with enthusiasm and would even attack the dog (a gigantic Great Pyrenees) and steal it from her. He didn't like it, but he sure as Hell didn't want that BITCH enjoying it. Simba was a jerk.
