Well, I just had to tell someone, so I told many. You. I am finally the owner of a Canon p with 50mm 1,4. I just have to get payPal into gear and the beuty will be on it´s way.

I paid §433 on ebay. Did I make a fool of myself? 😀

No, I think that $433 is a good price for the camera and lens combo. Saw that one myself, but did not bid because I already have 2 Canon Ps (but no 50/1.4).

Buying that combination, in nice condition, isn't foolish in any way. You've got one of the nicest looking, and feeling, cameras that Canon ever made. Combined with that, you've got one of their most advanced RF lenses mounted on the front.

You should be able to get some great use out of this rig. I know you'll enjoy the P, as it's a favorite user of mine.

Yes, you won out because the seller would have gotten more money selling them separately. The lens typically fetches $250 alone.
