Mental Experimental.
I know they can't really keep tabs on everything, but this kinda got me in some major financial trouble. Just want to vent.
They charged a debit card that I had previously disallowed payment on for the $85.52 that I owed which caused about $75 in overdrafts to my mother's account. They refunded the $85.52, but they can't do anything about the $75. That's coming out of my own pocket to my mother.
Just so you know, they really are a good hosting business. The problem probably stems from the computer not completely taking that card out of the system and then the restore that they had to do when the server HDD died. And I didn't catch it right away either...it was the 8th before I knew anything and the money had come out on the 3rd.
So yeah, just what I needed. More money troubles. At least this will be the last time that card gets charged for anything.
