I don't want to throw a wrench in here, but I'm afraid Tom might see [through] that as multiple orders rather than one order for 20, thus losing the reduced rate.

We could go to the USPS website and calculate our own individual shipping or I'd be glad to trust ray_g to calculate a flat shipping rate that would cover the costs.

I think Brett's idea is worth considering. If we put together a large enough order, Tom might be willing to do this as it would be worth his while. That would also be a savings for us, as the $7 quoted in his website is inclusive of the s/h cost (I am assuming his website is current). I have emailed him about this, and to check on the color availability.

If direct shipping is not possible, then we'll explore other options.

I'll keep you all posted. In the meantime, let's see how many more people are interested so we have a better handle on the volume we are talking about.

ray, i've shipped a few of these in the past and used padded envelopes, cheap & easy.
but don't forget the cost of the them when figuring out shipping.

I'll hop on for a mini also.. The cameraquest site lists it as either black or chrome, but in the description it says "Four anodized colors are available: chrome, black, red, and green." Anyone know if the others are available? I would like red. Ya, I roll like that Otherwise chrome good for me.

ray_g is checking on color availability, but Tom's website for the Softrelease lists:
· black (matte and glossy)
· chrome
· red
· green
· titanium
· blue
· purple

Not sure if minis are a different choice. We'll see.

It seems the colors you have all requested are available save for Akalai's glossy black. Those who did not specify, I will take as chrome.

I will be away for a couple of weeks starting 10/14, and hopefully, we can get this underway. Let's close the order list.

I will look into the cost of the padded envelops and postage.
