Hey guys, I notice that the Canon II/III shutter button does not have the typical hole in the center where you can screw a soft release button in to aid the control of releasing the shutter easier.
Does anyone know what are the name for this kind of soft release button are named? or does it exists?

There is, I believe, a aftermarket product that screws on after the collar is removed. Check on that big auction site. I have noted the many type iii cameras and the like, with a missing collar. Little parts are easy to misplace.

ooohh.... so... i have to take off the shutter button collar to fit on one of these? Hm... that explain why is so many out there that is with a missing collar.
Did a quick "look around" in the internet those little button is $20-$80 a pop, my god! I think a few shaky picture is fine by me I suppose
