is anyone using the rx100 with a neck strap?
i have been using the included wrist strap lately...also used a very short neck strap for a while.
just wondering how folks are carrying it?
Yep, I like having it right there.

are you guys gonna sell your rx100 for the rx1?
Has the firmware been updated to fix the sluggish front wheel action when setting f stops?
the back wheel is more precise than the ring...i turn things like the ring slowly though and i would not characterize it as sloppy.
I'm having issues with the "Sony Image Data Suite" and can't process any RX100 RAW images. I can load/view the images on " Sony's Image Data Light Box" but when I try to convert the preview to a RAW image I get "unknown error occurred" .
I have the latest downloadable version of the software and I'm running it on the latest Mac OS.
Any thoughts?
Regards,
Michael
For the Sony RX 100, wanted to see how hard I could push the RAW file in Lightroom (4.2) , when the photo was taken in horrible harsh lighting conditions:

I just noticed that the RX100 files are in a "ARW" format and not a RAW format? It looks like I may be able to convert the ARW format to a TIFF and save the file but I can't do any processing before I save it as a TIFF.

I have the lens ring switched off, I couldn't find a single thing to set it to that I'd ever use...?
Well, the After shot is seriously over-processed.
