Sorry, completely OT

You and your wife are in my prayers too. I have had cancer and so far am a survivor. God willing, your wife will be too!

Best wishes for a very successful and rapid recovery. I will keep you in my thoughts and prayers.

Women are tough, tougher than men. And with all this good RFF karma pulling for her, she's gotta get better.

Positive thoughts from the east coast.

I will be thinking positive thoughts for you and your wife today.

Hi dear Frank.

I'm not keen on religion but I do hope thatthis surgery will only remain a bad souvenir and that she'll be quick to recover so as to back to normal life.

Frank, let me reassure you. In November I visited my nose and throat doctor for a prolonged case of laryngitis and he happened to mention that he was treated not long ago for a basal cell carcinoma of the nose. He said it was morea nuisance than anything else as as basal cell carcinoma in its early stages has a very good prognosis, virtually a 100% cure rate. The best to your wife in any case and rest your mind.

Positive thoughts and good wishes from my side of the planet.

Thank you all! We did it! Shirley's operation went very well. She has a new skin graft on her nose and we believe she is cancer free. All that's left is some healing. I can't say that I'm religious myself, I don't align myself with any of the established religious institutions, but I am strongly spiritual, if that makes any sense. I do believe that all of your thoughts/prayers/positive vibes has helped us out during this experience. Thank you all again, you're the best!

Man... am I relieved! Believe in it, Frank, because it's true: when a lot of people align their wills they can make things happen.

And we didn't want you to be all sad and lonely.

I'm really glad it all went well! :)

Now... we need fireworks!
