I'm too anxious to develop some film.

I figured that right now is a terrible idea because it is rather warm so I figured tomorrow morning (12-15 hours).

I'm more patient than what I suggested.

I was expecting for you guys to recommend me waiting x amount of hours/days/weeks but it seems that you guys develop right away? I'll wait till the morning atleast but is it OK to develop right away? Or do you guys get ok negatives. Many things in photography seem a bit inconclusive (like washing film, for instance)

It is bes to let the developer sit for several hours after mixing, this allows the bubbles to dissipate, and also allows any unmixed solids to settle. I usually wait until the temperature comes down to 20 degrees, and my negatives come out quite well.

I also recommend filtering your developer through a paper or cloth filter when pouring it into the tank/s, there are often undisolved particles floating around in it.
