source for used enlarger lenses?

have a look at the following thread : http://photo.net/medium-format-photography-forum/000McE it sounds like the 80mm is usable if stopped down 2-3 stops, and is esp. useful if your enlarger head has a normal (rather than XL) distance to the base. conservative view: 105mm is probably safer to avoid light fall-off.

let me know if you are interested in the schneider?

hmm i will pass. thanks though.

The 105 lenses are designed to easily cover 6.5x9cm (2.5x3.5 inch) negatives. 90mm is more than enough for 6x7cm. I use a 105/4.5 Rokkor, a 4 element design that I bought back about 1970. I was young, poor, and couldn't afford a Componon or El Nikkor. I'm still using it. When the Componon-S series came out I bought an 80/5.6 Componon (non "S") on close-out because it WAS better than my three element 75mm Spiratone but didn't bother upgrading the 105.

here is what i can get at the moment
tell me if this is a good deal-to me i like what you paid personally :)

As mentioned by rxmd, buying enlarger lenses on fleabay (at a good price) is largely an exercise in patience.

I don't think I would pay $200 for that lens...
