Sousveillance? Me neither.

For those who find the articla a bit long, surveillance is the view from above (as in surtitles) and sousveillance is the view from below (as in sous-chef). It refers to the man (or woman) in the street photographing life - including photographing the authorities photographing life. Sound a bit like many RFF members.

Security Guard: What are you doing?
Street Photographer: Sousveillance. (pron. Sue-valence)

All the best,

Sean in Tipperary
