i have pse 8 for mac and seems that there are a few things that it wont do on a mac that it will do on a pc...kinda sucks!

anyway...how do i create a border on pse 8 on a mac...just a simple plain black border?

Try playing with Stroke

PS it's in EDIT, iirc

In PSE4 (last PSE I used) you could go Image>Resize>Canvas Size and it gave you a choice of Canvas Extension Colours, of which one was Black. Just tell it how much bigger you want the canvas and you have a border
