Wow.

Never seen this before--is it the FSU answer to all the Leica commemorative editions? Love that paint job, and the CCCP engraving! 😀

On the other hand, it is interesting, unusual and considerably less cheesily-done than your average Leica clone! Even if it looks more 1978 than 1958.

If I had that sort of money to throw at a gimmick I'd be sorely tempted simply for oddity value.

I am stunned that stuff like this doesn't appear more often. Honestly, I was slightly tempted to buy it--the guy did quite a lovely, corny job.
