Square lens hood on 35 pre-asph?

Is there a square lens hood that fits the Summilux 35 pre-asph? I have the round standard hood but would like a square hood.

None I am aware of will work unmodified. The latest square shade (for the 35 Asph Summicron) might work if you place a fine rubber band in the groove around the lens (the one the shade clips on to) to keep it from rotating.
