Square Trade M2 LCD warranty offer

In the humor department... I bought a user M2 on the Auction Place yesterday, and today received an interesting offer from their "Square Trade Warranty" people: For 10% of the price I paid, they will provide an unconditional 1-year warranty for the camera's "electronics, metering, and autofocus functions" against failure of any kind, and will "even cover the LCD against damage or burnout". Being a born gambler I took a chance and passed. I'm pretty sure the autofocus, metering, and LCD functions on the M2 have a reputation for being very reliable.

so they'll ensure the electrics - that'll be your computer for using RFF

the AF - so that's your arm and hand

the metering - your brain and eyes

and even offer protection for your LCD... um... free glasses! excellent! i would have gone for it!
