Eh, this is a group of people who get together and talk photography. In the meat world when this happens, 95% of the discussion is about photography but there's 5% "drifting". Occassional "drifting" on a topic oriented site is a good thing! It's a sign you've cultivated a tight community.

When I first returned to Ft. Wayne after living in Santa Fe, I lived for a year in a low-income apartment complex because I couldn't afford anything better . I had some nutty neighbors (the crack dealer downstairs was the least nutty!). One was a woman in her 50s who must have weighed 450lb. She NEVER bathed, ever, and she had a lot of facial hair and was missing some teeth. She lived there with her 25 yr old son. This woman claimed that several times a year, a UFO would land in the cornfield across the street and the aliens would come to her apartment to have sex with her! She truly believed that her son was fathered by one of the aliens! Personally, I think the alien could have done better.
Talk about "getting a little strange" ...
