Hello,
I am quite new to this forum. Actually I created my account some time ago, but didn't post a lot. And maybe it's time I start sharing some photos.
Here is a first series. Taken with a Konica Hexar RF and M-Hexanon 28mm lens with neopan 1600. It was this summer, we were hiking in the mountains, in the alps, and stayed in this old refuge for one night.
The photos are on this page :

I like this kind of old refuge, and I hope some people will enjoy the pictures !
By the way, is it the right forum for posting pictures ?

Strong pictures !
I saw that you used a Hexar RF after I saw the pictures.
Whilst looking at them I thought they were taken with a 6x9 camera.

Beautifull! I darely miss the mountains at the moment, live just became too urban...
It seems you tamed that neopan a good deal, my attempts always came out much harsher. Which developer where you using, if I may ask?

Liked the photos, but scanning the 1600 made the skies look wonky. Blown out in a very digital way. Took away from the overall image. Minus the skies, these are great.

Developer used is KODAK TMAX RS. Actually I didn't develop myself, it was done by http://www.negatifplus.com/Beautifull! I darely miss the mountains at the moment, live just became too urban...

Nice series of images, you have good photographic vision. The granularity of the images gives me a sense of a documentary feel to these images, rather than having that pristine, grainless larger format scenic landscape feel. This is refreshing to see in what would otherwise be landscape images with people in them.
I also like the website presentation, with the pictures viewed by scrolling vertically rather than horizontally as many do.

This second series is even better. Some of the photos gave me the chills. Haven't seen anything like it for a long time. Congratulations!

Well done! Hardly a refuge. Those are deluxe accommodations. We don't have anything like that in our big mountains.
I need to use my 28mm M-Hex more often.

I'm happy to see some people like them
In the mountains of Texas ?Well done! Hardly a refuge. Those are deluxe accommodations. We don't have anything like that in our big mountains.
Something I like about mountains in the USA is that it's really wild. There are some big places with no human around.
Yes, a very good lens !I need to use my 28mm M-Hex more often.
