Stiff Focus

Hi guys, I did some searching around google and around this website. I found one thread that was similar to my problem but I just want to make sure.

My 35 summilux asph has been really smooth focusing up until tonight. i think it has to do with a slight drop on carpted floor. I also swung around my camera. Anyways an hour ago I tried taking a picture and noticed the focusing isn't very smooth at all. It gets worse when the aperture is stopped down and it gets more stiff near infinite.

I was planning on sending it to DAG but I just want to see if anyone else has some input. Do you think it has to do with the tracks or needing lube?

I think somethig is bent, distorted, or out of round, to cause a problem like that. Lack of lube wouldn't do it.
