Stiff Nikon 105/2.5 LTM problem

I have a Nikon 105/2.5 LTM, it is stiff when focus, the lens was CLAed and re-grease the focus helical still stiff, any user have the same prolem? also from infinite to 3 feet, you have turn a almost full 360 degree. kind of slow action. but I live the photo it take.

It is not uncommon for a freshly CLA'd Nikkor to be a bit stiff. I had that happen with a few SLR Nikkor's when CLA'd by Mora Camera Service years ago. They loosened up with use.
How bad is it? Does it start to dismount the lens?

not that bad but not fast action is impossible

the grease on the focussing helix is too stiff.

would the repairers do it again with thinner grease ?

I do not know what kind ofgrease he used, but still stiff

heat the lens with a hair dryer and then work it back & forth.
