Hi all!
Wanted to quickly check in with you all to ask whether or not anyone has experience similar problems with an ektapro. My model is the 5000.
The projector inherently wants to constantly switch lenses. Either is economy or regular mode. This happens with the mirror slapping around. If I take a bulb out and force it to use one bulb it makes this ongoing 'flickidy flick' 'feature'. :bang:
Does anyone with more experience than I have any clue what's going on?

Oh yeah, and slide changes are not possible when the flicking is going on. The flicking noise also comes from the front left hand side of the unit.
