Anyone who got an answer :
I have a J-12 for Kiev (1957) outstanding performer, but the rear element is protected by metal rings. I had while unscrewing this ring, cleaned the inside of the rear element, repainted it with black mat paint where there was not anymore, etc...
My other samples have not this metal rings, the lenses are glued together.
Is it just for protecting the rear element ? Is it for production facility ? Is it like the original Zeiss Biogon ?
Thanks to all of you.
