Google Nasty Magazine.
I have had some success with my street work. I had a one man show in April 2013 (35 prints). Was in a juried show at the Soho Gallery in New York last July. There were over 2600 images submitted and only 40 where selected. I have a show here in Chicago in March (all here are invited). Scroll down to March.

I am willing to help anyone that asks. Not saying that I am any kind of expert or should be a mentor to anyone but I do have clear ideas of how I work and what works for me. I tend to stay clear of just random shots of people not knowing they are getting their pictures like just big heads of strangers. I like to try and incorporate repeating shapes, leading lines and geometry into my work. Bresson is an influence as well as Meyeowitz, Robert Frank and of course Winogrand.
I have virtually no on line presence outside a few photography sites like here.
i like your work here and the way you process it.
How about a street photography forum with no restrictions, no mentors, no preconceived ideas about what is or what is not street photography- how about just a forum for people who want to post photos, discuss street photography, and who want to participate in a vibrant forum dedicated to this wonderful genre.

Whatever..
I remember this guy from a while ago, was associated with Eric Kim...... ..........................................................................................................................🙄
Leica Blog? He and Mr Kim are featuring photographer there.
I took a quick look at his blog. Some of his images are okay, some are generic, a couple are not too bad but I didn't see anything that yanked my eyeballs out of their sockets. There are quite a few bloggers out there who call themselves "masters" of the street genre. One posts so called "Street Pills", sayings, quips, that pertain to some knowledge of the genre.
While I'm no prude, I thought the latest "Street Pill" was over the top. From his blog titled, "Nasty". A blog that professes an anti-aesthetic attitude for stark contrast and lots of gritty grain. An aesthetic that can be interesting, but I find his images quite lacking.
Your thoughts?
This is a good idea & one that would be pleasing to anyone wanting to participate. Everyone can share ideas & benefit. Least I know I will. Lot's of good talent here. How about a street photography forum with no restrictions, no mentors, no preconceived ideas about what is or what is not street photography- how about just a forum for people who want to post photos, discuss street photography, and who want to participate in a vibrant forum dedicated to this wonderful genre.
someone needs to ask stephen to start a new forum section...

Gabor,
This was one of my issues. I believe Alex was a "feature" based on his fanboyism of Leica (as is obviously a pre-requisite of the Leica blog). This is when I first noticed him making claims of being a photojournalist but there being no evidence of it. Anywhere. Ever.
As for Eric being featured, this seems to be an exercise in meta by Leica - Eric is a blogger first and foremost. So, a blog feature about a blogger...
I could very well say that I'm a neurosurgeon - in fact I am. There. I demand a pay rise 😀
