But when I saw this young officer from the "Brigada Especia" with their black uniforms, black berets, shinny black boots who was leading this black police dog, I just had to half way raise my camera and look in his eyes for a response. He stuck this pose for about one second, gave me a slight nod, and walked on as if nothing had happened.
