28mm can make scale focusing is easier, and can turn a small Leica Standard with 28mm into a point and shoot. And yes, my Standard needs some shutter tuning.

A few snaps around S.F.

And I know these were at 28 because I shot them with a GRDIII (the only camera I really regret selling... :()

Hey! I've looked over these at least a couple of times and only just right now realized that it's Circa Survive!

I thought to myself - "hmm that dude really looks like Anthony Green... Wait a minute!"

mabelsound -- those are great photos. Nice stuff.

Here's my contribution ... please excuse the low-quality jpeg's.

#1. A recent shot from my Leica M6, and Leica 28mm F2.8 version 4 (non-asph.) with a fresh roll of Kodak Portra 400 (new formula). I love the almost '3-D' way this lens renders.

#2. And another recent shot from June ... using my Ricoh GR1S (28mm F2.8 lens) shooting Kodak BW400CN.
