I have been shooting in Guatemala for the last month while studying Spanish. I have an M2/50 and X100 in a BBB. If I carry both bodies at the same time, it is not quite roomy enough so looking for suggestions.
My travel kit will be a Leica M body, 35/90 lenses. It might be an M2 or an M9 and it might have two bodies. The BBB works for one body, extra lenses and accessories.
I think I need something just a bit larger then the BBB and am open to suggestions. It needs to be a shoulder bag that I can work out of while shooting.
So, suggestions?

I really like BBB's, I would contact Courier Ware to have them make you a bigger one.

This is a Tenba DNA 8 with M9, fitted with Nokton 50, and Ultron 28, Color Skopar 28 and Color Skopar 35 lenses in the other half.
I've had the M4-2 with M-Rokkor 90/4 and M-P with 'Lux 35 v2 in there too; that gets a little snug. The DNA 11 would give plenty more room.
Otherwise, an A&A ACAM 1000 or Billingham Hadley should do the trick, but they are more expensive. (I've got the A&A, it's very nice for a two body/three to four lens Leica*RF outfit.)

I'm thinking of buying the Crumpler Kashgar Outpost (M) for my kit of M6 with CV 50/2.5, X-E1, Summicron 35 and T/E 90. Might work for you depending on the size of your 90.

Are you using the original BBB? If so, why not try the bigger BBBe? More room, better padding and still lies flat the body.
