Summaron Filter Size - Please help!

Hi All,

I've been searching high and low but I can't find the filter size for a 35/2.8 Summaron. I've just bought one which is on its way and I want to have a filter by the time it arrives. Can anyone help? My Leica books only list the new lenses.

The M-mount Summaron is E39, Jonathan.

I own a Summaron 35 mm f/ 2,8 and i use a couple of B+W and Nikon 39 mm filters. See the Erwin Puts site, in the Leica lenses section: there is a Leica M list item with a full info about the Leica M lenses.
