Dear Mauro,

I sincerely doubt that the lens mattered a toss. You'd have got equally excellent pictures with (let us say) a 1,5/50 C-Sonnar or a 2,5/50 Summarit. And a lesser photographer would have gotten inferior pics, regardless of lens choice.

The only reason the lens is so good is that you are happy with it, and that it suits your vision, therefore you take good pictures with it (talent helps). There is no 'best'.

In addition to these being great photos made possible by a great photographer, many of these photos have an amazing technical quality, as displayed by the first photo.

Seeing a picture is one thing, but being able to put it on
film is another and you are very good at that. These are
some fine photos.

great set - nothing to do with summicron - you made all those photos...
my favourites are mother and child with bikes , the angel statue (because of light) and nuns with cell phone...
