Summicron-c 40mm on R2A - experiences?

Hi all,

I'm interested in how Summicron-C 40mm relates to R2A's 35mm framelines? How's it at 1m, how is it at infinity? I could find a lot about Leica's and that lens, but not so much on R2A with it.

Please don't tell me to buy R3A, because I already have R2A and i cannot exchange it. I thought I'd buy a Nokont 35/1.4 for it, but after some further research decided I didn't want to pursue that path. 🙂 I'm not enamored with Ultron, or Color-Skopar and Summicron 35mms cost too much.

I have a Summicron-C that I use on a R2m (same viewfinder as the R2a, as you will know). It's 35mm frame fits the lens very well. I even prefer the R2m to my R3a for this lens -- more space outside the frame.
