Hello,
Apart from a light leak (I already ordered liquid electrical tape, which is on its way) my Super Ikonta 530/2 also produces some scratches on the negatives:

My impression is that there is some rought surface at the vertical part of the film gate (next to the film roller on the feed side). There is some paint missing and some tiny rust on the surface.
Should I take some fine emery paper to smooth it?
Regards,
Thomas

I don't see why not, I'd try that myself

Had a similar problem with my Voightlander Vitessa, it turned out to be some tiny surface rust spots on the painted steel pressure plate. I lightly polished it away with a small ceramic tile used in hybrid electronics, the tile is approx 10mm x 25mm with such a large flat surface it didn't cause any localised issues, it actually polished the surface a bit like a hone. I then sealed the surface.

If some of the frames of the scratched film is not valuable to you, why not use it to tell you where the source is? Use a marker to mark the region of the film with the scratches. Then, put the film in the camera and see if that corresponds to the rusted areas.

First update:
Today the liquid electrical tape arrived and I already treated the pinhole of the 530/2 (as well as a very small pinhole at my Perkeo IIIE) with it.
I hope it will last some time.

Because of the rust on the film gate, I think about taking the film gate out for cleaning and a paint job.
Do you know how to take it out?
It seems to be different to a Moskwa 5 where you only have to unscrew 4 screws:
