By the way I don't know if you've checked the lens focus on the Ikonta, yet.
Somehow the wax-paper shims used in the pre-war and early post war ones often seem to swell up over time (I assume humidity is the cause) causing the lens to not fully hit infinity. Usually the problem can be easily resolved by removing one or more of the smaller shims and checking your work with ground glass and a 32x loupe.
Luckily the lens, shutter and RF comes off as one unit so you will not need to redo the above rigamarole.

I've used a tracing paper on two spools and a hand lens... so not to as tight a standard! I should really recheck once I find the pile with my ground glasses in....
