The Super Ikonta IV (534/16) does have a selenium light meter (the Super Ikonta III does not). It goes to ISO/ASA 640, DIN 30. The light meter is not coupled, you read an EV value just like if it was an external meter and then transfer this to the shutter speed/aperture gizmo (which is graded in EV as well).
When shooting higher speed film I set the meter to ISO 400 and add the appropriate number to the EV reading, eg 3 for ISO 3200 film (3 stops faster than ISO 400).
