Superia 400 vs Superia X-TRA 400

What is the difference between Superia 400 and Superia X-TRA 400 ... ?? Which on is best ?

The Superia X-TRA 400 is the newer emulsion with with 4th colour layer technology. I don't know if you would notice any difference in the field. I see on Fuji's web site that there is another new 400 film called True Definition 400 just to muddy the waters further.

True definition is supposed to have truer to life colors, especially skin tones. More like 400 Pro
