I tried it too, only once, and after seeing my result, decided immediately that I needed to go back to the Daiku San dojo for more training. 😱 I hope studying Colton's book will help me improve.

The introduction spoke directly to what I hope to achieve in photography, myself.


I like that you arranged your images in pairs, to complement each other graphically. I have even gone to the extent of arranging slides in slide-holder pages to create a graphically pleasing effect in the juxtaposition of images when viewed on a light box.


There is the occasional image that I don't relate to, but overall I am stunned by the brilliance of your eye and your compositions! I will be studying them closely to see if I can get a little of it to rub off on me. 😛
