Wanted to see results using the GXR in place of my regular Nikon close up/macro set up. That would be a D700 and a variety of lenses as well as some [combinations of] accessories: TC's, achromats (4T, 500D), extension tube (PN-11).
In this case I used an AF105M/2.8 and added to that an achromat and an extension tube. Because I had so much optical overreach for the subjects and because I was not using a tripod, I decided to "back off a bit" and get about a 1.5 to 1 frame.
